accepted for any accidents during this work.
- Within one year of the burial taking place, where relevant, the Owner will plant one tree or shrub on or near the
grave. Once the tree is planted, the Owner will use his reasonable endeavours to try to ensure the longevity of the tree,
but the Owner does not offer any guarantee in this respect.

shall be placed on or around the grave, and any flowers placed on the grave at the time of
burial shall be removed after 2 weeks, if necessary by the Owner.

No burial (except ashes) can take place without this.
- Vehicular access is limited to the car park only.
- The Owner reserves the right to remove and dispose of any object from the grave area

without the approval of the Owner.
- Pets, other than guide dogs, will not be allowed within the grounds of the burial site except in motor vehicles.
- 50% of the fee paid is non-refundable, in the case of cancellation.
- These conditions may be varied by the Owner from time to time. The Owner reserves
the right to comply with the standards set out by any monitoring organisation, such as
The Association of Natural Burial Grounds.
