The Ecopod is beautifully sleek, and made from recycled paper and
eco-friendly paint and shellac. Made in 2 halves, the lid fits on snugly and comes off to reveal a fitted calico mattress inside.
3 strong straps go under the pod and come up each side and fit under the lid to secure it and to form 6 carrying handles.
The outside is covered in recycled silk and mulberry leaves dyed in 3 colours to give a choice of 6 coffins: plain red;
or red with a Sun design; plain blue; or blue with Flying Doves; and plain green; or green with a Celtic Cross design.
The Pod comes in 2 sizes.
